Slap Chat allows users to message privately between you and your private contacts. You agree to our Terms of Service ("Terms") by installing our app.
Slap Chat is a data messaging app and is designed to never collect or store any sensitive information.
Slap Chat cannot be accessed by us or other parties because your messages are private between you and the intended recipient. Our Terms of Service is available below.
Minimum Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use our app. The minimum age to use our app without parental approval may be higher in your home country.
Username
To create a username just enter any name on the start up of the app. No personal information is required or collected to create a username and the username can be changed at any time. The username is only used for your personal usage.
Privacy of User Data
Slap Chat does not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data or content in any way. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we safe guard the information you provide when using our app. For the purpose of operating our app, you agree to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
Software
In order to enable new features and enhanced functionality, you consent to downloading and installing updates to our app.
Fees and Taxes
You are responsible for data and mobile carrier fees and taxes associated with the devices on which you use our app.

You must use our app according to our Terms and posted policies.
Legal and Acceptable Use
You agree to use our app only for legal, authorised and acceptable purposes. This includes not to send illegal or impermissible communications.
Keeping Your Data Secure
Slap Chat works on privacy and does not have the ability to access your messages. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.
Third Party Services
Our app may allow you to access, use, or interact with third-party websites, apps, content, and others products and
services, their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.
YOUR RIGHTS WITH SLAP CHAT
Your Rights
You own the information you submit through our app. You must have the rights to the phone number you use or with the bill payer's permission.
Slap Chat's Rights
We own all copyrights related to trademarks, domains, logos, trade dress, patents, and other intellectual property rights associated with this app. With the exception of third party quotations, parody and caricature.
In relation to third party copyright where it's applicable we do not use the whole or any substantial part of copyright recordings. Fair Dealings is to be practised at all times. The copyright remains with the respected owner and moral rights can be achieved if so required by the copyright owner. (Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988).
If you feel that there are any infringements please contacts us to remedy the circumstance. We believe to be virtue within the copyright laws.

Availability of Services
Our services may be interrupted, including for maintenance, upgrades, or network or equipment failures. We may discontinue some or
all of our services, including certain features and the support for certain devices and platforms, at any time.
Ending These Terms
You may end these Terms with Slap Chat at any time by deleting Slap Chat from your device and discontinuing use of our services.
General
Slap Chat will update the Terms at anytime. When we update our Terms, we will update the "Last modified" date associated with the updated Terms. Your continued use of our Services confirms you accept our updated Terms. If you do not agree with our Terms, you should stop using our Services.
If we fail to enforce any of our Terms, that does not mean we waive the right to enforce them. We reserve the right to limit our services in any country.
If you feel that these terms of contract are unfair, you could consult the unfair terms of contract act 1977.
