Slap Chat is a fun prank data message app where you can choose through a selection of sound samples and fun avatars. You can also send a short personalised message.

Slap Chat is free to download. In order to provide this for free we use adverts to monetize Slap Chat. Slap Chat does not collect any sensitive data nor enforces users to share them.

Slap Chat cannot access content of your messages. Messages can only be viewed by yourself and the intended recipients. Slap Chat does not store your messages and deletes them as soon as they are received by the recipient.

Slap Chat requires a number of permissions in order to make it function correctly. Some of these permissions are sensitive and require your permission to accept these permission requests. Following accepting this Terms and Policies you will be prompted for the following permissions:

CAMERA: Take pictures and record video.

Although this permission is required to take pictures and record video. Takeing pictures and recording video is never used.

CONTACTS: Access your contacts

Slap Chat needs this permission in order to make some features in messaging work.

MIC: To record audio

although this permission is required to record audio. Recording audio is never used.

Slap Chat needs this permission in order to make some features in the avatars work.

PHONE: Manage phone calls

Slap Chat needs this permission in order to make some features in messaging work.

SMS: Send and view sms messages

Slap Chat needs this permission in order to make some features in messaging work.
